    Dear Ms. Terada,

I saw your answer to the Immigration question on LinkedIn and visited your blog and Web site and thought we had alot in common and we should try to work together. My wife is Japanese and we are trying to raise bi-lingual children. I tried to use LinkedIN to connect, but since we haven’t meet I couldn’t.

If you are interested in talking on the phone please let me know.

Happy Earthday!Iam in Minnesota completing a IWW Union Training for Trainers. I was without internet services and my personal Blackberry since August 21st,2009

It was stolen from Starbucks and it was a bit of a hassle getting a replacement from ATT. However, I am back in business as of last Friday

Unfortunately, I have to collect contacts again…

    All The Best!

Hello Kazumi – I think that your presentation of yourself is very nice and straightforward – do you have some specific type of people that you like to work with on creating their web sites? something that you especially enjoy doing?

I think that the Internet is so wide and diverse that it will take several lifetimes if ever to really grasp all of the possible directions to go in there –

For example, everyday I see new and unique business which seem to be fulfilling a need of one kind or other – but – as with anything in business – it is not definite that the specific business will succeed or if others will follow and create a better solution – therefore there are lots of opportunities with no clear path to make the journey through these uncharted territories –

I am not sire whether it is better to have a vision or goal and to proceed attempting to find or create what I have in mind or to go with the flow and see what is ahead on the road – with one choice I am a creator and will definitely forge a path both for myself and others while with the second choice I will be following some other person’s or people’s lead(s) –

questioning which is the best route for any individual to take and the discoveries along the way while doing the questioning leads to the state which is referred to as enlightenment –

    thank you!

    Walter

      Hi Walter,

      Thanks for your thoughtful comment!

As for websites, the most successful projects tend to be the ones where the client is open minded, but clear on the objectives and content for the website. Regardless of what field of business or art or practice they are in, “Open Mindedness” and “Flexibility” is probably the best attitude to have when creating a new website, as websites will always be a “Work In Progress”, something constantly changing, constantly evolving.

As for enlightenment, the “the questioning” you mention can be summed up as: “Who am I.”

      Best,
      Kazumi
